Campaign placement services

BackerSky sells fixed-fee digital campaign review, editorial placement, newsletter, directory, and reporting services. No physical product is shipped.

Campaign review and scheduling

Each order is reviewed for campaign fit, assets, timing, and platform eligibility. If BackerSky rejects a campaign or cannot provide the purchased placement, the placement fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations

A creator may request cancellation before the publication window is confirmed in writing. Once editorial work, asset preparation, source-label setup, or a confirmed placement has begun, the standard Shared and Top Spot fees are non-refundable except when BackerSky does not deliver the agreed placement.

Dedicated Send placement-fee guarantee

The 1:1 placement-fee guarantee applies only to Dedicated Send campaigns confirmed eligible in writing before scheduling. BackerSky compares valid gross pledges attributed to the agreed BackerSky referral source with the paid Dedicated Send fee. If attributed pledges are below the fee seven full days after the send, or at campaign close if sooner, the placement fee is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after report review.

Canceled or refunded pledges, disabled or changed tracking, suspended or canceled campaigns, material campaign changes, unavailable creator reporting, and traffic outside the agreed attribution method are excluded.

Requesting a review

Email hello@backersky.com with the order email, package name, campaign URL, and reason for the request. Never send full card details.
