Packages are fixed-fee and prepaid through Shopify checkout in USD. The checkout total is shown before payment. If a card fails, contact hello@backersky.com with the package name and error message; do not email full card details.

The recap identifies the placement date, channel, and agreed BackerSky source label. Depending on channel and platform availability, it can include delivered audience, opens, clicks, CTR, attributed backers, pledged amount, and placement ROI.

Campaign outcomes are not guaranteed. For a Dedicated Send confirmed eligible in writing before scheduling, BackerSky compares valid gross pledges attributed to the agreed referral source with the paid placement fee. If attributed pledges are below the fee at seven full days after the send, or at campaign close if it happens sooner, the placement fee is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after report review. Canceled or refunded pledges, disabled or changed tracking, suspended or canceled campaigns, and material campaign changes are excluded.

BackerSky packages are fixed-fee placements. Commission and Kickbooster arrangements are not included by default. A custom arrangement may be reviewed separately, but it is not promised as part of any listed package.

BackerSky reviews the campaign category, offer, launch stage, geography, creative, and current traction before scheduling. Relevant audience and category-fit notes can be shared during review; the 118K+ community figure is audience reach, not a guaranteed delivered count for every placement.

Pre-launch through the middle of a live campaign. Earlier submissions usually provide more scheduling flexibility. Pre-launch teams can request a tentative window, which is confirmed after the campaign goes live and passes final review.

Yes. Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns can be submitted, but the campaign must have clear product proof, audience fit, a credible creator identity, and a working campaign or pre-launch page.
